What we use cookies for
Heulex uses cookies and similar local storage for two purposes, and only if you accept them in our cookie banner.
Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how users move through the service (for example, how many users complete an upload, where users leave the flow, and which risk categories appear most frequently).
Advertising measurement. We use the Google tag to measure how well our Google Ads campaigns perform (for example, whether someone who clicked an advert went on to use the service). We do not use it to build advertising audiences or to show you personalised adverts.

What PostHog does not receive
PostHog does not receive your email address, your tenancy agreement, or any content from your risk report. Event data is anonymised before transmission.
What Google does not receive
Google does not receive your email address, your tenancy agreement, or any content from your risk report. The private link to your report is removed from page addresses before anything is sent to Google.
Managing cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set unless you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you change your mind, clearing this site’s data in your browser will bring the banner back so you can choose again.
You can prevent cookies from being set by adjusting your browser settings. Note that disabling all cookies may affect the functionality of other websites you visit.
To opt out of PostHog analytics specifically, you can use the Do Not Track setting in your browser. PostHog respects the DNT header.
